Detached House SMART

is a residence containing one to three independent living units. The units can be connected in various ways and thanks to this the house provides a family housing solution over several generations – it is possible to use a small flat and rent the other units, use two units or the whole object and later withdraw back to one small unit. Each unit opens to one part of the garden, which preserves the privacy of its use necessary for comfortable family living.
