Most prefabricated houses are designed for flat ground with ideal conditions. Not nearly all building plots meet these criteria. This family residence is designed for slope and it can be placed on a quite narrow plot. Steep terrain is actually an advantage in this design. The lower floor and basement are partially embedded in the slope and contain garage and utility rooms. The shared living areas and main entrance are situated on the ground floor. There is also the entrance to the terrace and garden. On the top floor there is a quiet area with bedrooms. The roof shape and pitch depend on the steepness of the terrain. The basement construction is made of stone, other floors are made of Novatop solid wood panels.
